EU Physical Activity on Prescription-EUPAP Final Conference

Better Health by Work – the Goldilocks principle

To solve important limitations of current workplace health promotion, we need new approaches of how to intervene at work. “The Goldilocks Work Principle” is a new approach to how productive work can be designed to promote health and fitness. Goldilocks says that productive work tasks can and should be changed in a manner that will lead to workers getting fit and healthy only by performing their work. This NIVA course will address the Goldilocks approach to workplace promotion of health, guided by the vision “Workers should get healthier by performing their work”.
