The International Conference on Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services (HPH) is the main event of the international HPH network. It is a forum of learning and exchange on health promotion in and by health services for health practitioners, consultants, scientists and politicians, with an average of 500 delegates each year.

Physical activity has never been higher on the public health agenda. The 10th ISPAH Congress aims to engage researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers to explore innovative ways to tackle the continuing inequalities in access and participation.

The 12th IUHPE European Conference on Health Promotion with the theme Health Promotion: Cultivating Change Through the Lifespan will be held on June 17-18, 2024, immediately followed by the 7th International Conference on Salutogenesis, June 19-20 in Lodz, Poland.

The EAOHP 2024 Conference is co-organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Labour Relations & Human Resources of the University of Granada. For this conference, a selection of Pre-conference Workshops will be held on 04 June 2024 while the main conference will take place between 05 and 07 June 2024.

With the prevalence of mental health disorders on the increase, and in support of World Mental Health Day 2023, IOSH’s Research Programme Lead Dr. Karen Michell is pleased to host a webinar to share and discuss the initial results of a 4-year study -Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in Occupational Settings (MENTUPP).

EU closing event of the Erasmus+ program "Municipal Urban Cleaners on health and safety for better quality of life and wellbeing”. The results of the research that was conducted in order to design the training program according to the needs of the employees will be presented, as well as the innovative e-platform for Municipal Urban Cleaners. The Symposium will be held in English, while online participation will also be possible via Zoom.

In the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Conference "Mental Health and Precarious work-The management of Psychosocial Risks" will be held on streaming next 26th and 27th of September 2023.

The international network of health promoting hospitals and health services organizes its 29th conference dedicated to Jürgen Pelikan (21.1.1940 – 11.2.2023) who was Chair of the Scientific Committee of the International HPH Conferences since the first HPH conference in 1993, in recognition of his significant role in initiating, implementing, and perpetuating of HPH.
