How can you promote the health of your partner if they work shifts?

To answer this question, it's essential to first understand the perspectives, wishes, and needs of the partner.

In the EU-funded project SHIFT2HEALTH, researchers from across Europe are investigating the health of shift workers and developing strategies to support them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Partners of shift workers can also provide support to make it easier for their shift-working partner to lead a healthy lifestyle.

To understand what partners of shift workers want, what challenges and barriers they face, and what successful solutions are already in place, the University of Bremen is seeking partners of shift workers living in the same household for a 30-50 minute individual interview. Partners will receive €30 as compensation. Please note that interviews will be in German.

These results will provide us with valuable insights that will help us promote the health of shift workers in the long term.
