2004 (as National Forum) and reconstructed as National Network in 2007
Objectives:
The HNWHP is aiming to protect and improve the health of people at their working enviroment, in enterprises and organizations of the puplic and the private sector. The Hellenic Network goal will be achieved by networking and coordinating national institutional and non- institutional stakeholders, for the improvement and strengthning of workplace health promotion activities at national level and in harmonization to the agreed policy and actions of the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP).

Financial Support:
The operation of the Hellenic WHP Network has been politically and financially supported by the Greek Government through the Ministry or Employment and Social Protection.
Working Methods:
The Hellenic WHP Network is open to all potential national stakeholders in workplace health promotion, who fulfill the basic criteria to be entitled as "members" of the HNWHP. This applies to enterprises, organizations of private or public sector, institutions as well as networks and individuals.
The National Steering Body, the National Secretariat and the Advisory Commitee are going to jointly participate in the National Network meetings, in order to effectively plan, organise and promote the HNWHP activities.
