As this capacity needs of strong leadership based on knowledge, scientific evidence and financial resources, this forum will try to achieve the following objectives: - To promote exchange of information, knowledge and expertise in order to increase commitment and competence of relevant stakeholders (mainly the ones who develop their function at company level) - To make available Models of Good Practice. - To provide a space for communication - To promote collaboration in developing WHP joint initiatives using funding opportunities given by national or European grants. - To transfer methods of WHP
